anybody knows my problem?

hhh everytime I move and breath the more I feel my body smells drugs.
so what happen with me? with my sweat maybe? or some effect from my parfume? hmmm I had to find out but, I have no information about it. I've been able to handle but still I'm nervous and scared when that drugs smell through my nose. should I consult with a doctor? argh for what?
